We take data security seriously. All passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage and are never stored in plain text. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to use a strong password and not share your account credentials.

11. Copyright & Intellectual Property Takedown

Artjanta respects the intellectual property rights of others and operates as an intermediary hosting user-generated art under Section 79 of the IT Act. We do not permit copyright-infringing activities on our platform.

If you believe that any artwork, image, blog, or content hosted on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal Takedown Notice to our Grievance Officer with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work,
• The exact URL of the disputed artwork,
• Your contact details, and
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material in compliance with applicable law.
